• Natural products vary — size, shade, grain, and markings may differ slightly from photographs.
• Product images are for illustration; minor variation is not considered a defect.
• Certificates, where provided, are issued by independent third-party laboratories.

04Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices or offers without prior notice.
• Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. We do not store your card details.
• Cash on Delivery may be available on eligible orders and PIN codes.

05Shipping & Delivery

• We offer free shipping across India on all orders.
• Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days; delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on location.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, or events beyond our control.
• A tracking link is shared by email or SMS once your order is dispatched.

06Returns, Replacements & Refunds

• Return or replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging, tags, and certificates intact.
• Damaged or incorrect items: please share an unboxing photo or video so we can resolve it quickly.
• Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of the returned item passing inspection.
• Personalised, energised-to-order, or clearance items may not be eligible for return.
