Returns & Refunds

Yuvakart follows a return-only policy. No replacements or exchanges are offered.

Customers may raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.

Returns are accepted only in cases of:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product received in damaged condition
  • Manufacturing defect

A clear unboxing video is mandatory for all return requests.

Returns will not be accepted for size issues, quality perception, color variation, change of mind, or personal preference.

To be eligible for return, the product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging, tags, and inserts intact. All returns are subject to inspection and approval by Yuvakart. The company’s decision shall be final.

A flat return shipping and handling charge of ₹100 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Customers must pack and seal the product securely and share a clear image of the sealed package on WhatsApp along with the Order ID to initiate return processing.

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received by Yuvakart and successfully passes internal quality inspection.

Approved returns will be refunded only as store credit (Yuvakart Wallet / Discount Code / Gift Card).
Refunds will not be issued to the original payment method, including UPI, cards, or bank accounts.

Yuvakart reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
